Castle cuisine – global dishes with a local twist
The castle’s culinary masters always bring something new to the table by creating historical, tasting and other menus created using carefully selected locally-produced fresh produce and accompanied by the best wines. The castle restaurant is a member of the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs gastronomy association, the oldest, largest and most outstanding international association for the preservation and development of the art of cooking, wine-drinking culture and socialising at a set table, taking into account the ethnic specialities of each individual region.
We have recently converted one of the castle towers into a top-of-the-line winery, which is just one more thing for our guests to enjoy here. The attractive circular space, which can host 15 people, is now home to highly valued domestic and foreign wines of superior quality, while guests also have the option of experiencing a guided wine tasting.
